We are not currently not taking bookings online - please call or email the office at this time, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

If this is your initial appointment or you have a new injury, please select the initial appointment option and fill in the insurance form if you are covered by health insurance. Otherwise please chose initial assessment self funding.

CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT

After you have booked you will recieve a confirmation email and a reminder email 24hrs before your appointment. If you have not received either of these, please call reception to discuss this. If you need to cancel an appointment you can either call or email reception - alternatively you can cancel via your reminder email.
